Creating Your Account

Users must create an account under “create an account” tab found on the header bar. Once you receive an acknowledgement email, you can log in and start. This account enables users to view current prices, activate voucher codes, create a wish list and view their order history.  Please also sign up for our newsletter in order to receive the voucher codes, show invites and latest product updates.

Descriptions.

Descriptions are intended to give an accurate picture of the goods and to comply with the Trade descriptions Act but we cannot guarantee total accuracy. 

All colours/designs are as shown in the photographs, but may vary.

All lengths and dimensions stated are approximate and may vary slightly.

 

Delivery.

We endeavour to despatch all orders within two working days and most orders are despatched within one working day.  In the UK delivery is normally on the next working day from despatch but we cannot guarantee this. Delivery times to countries other than the UK vary.

Back Orders.

If your items are not in stock, we will ‘back order’ for you. We will contact you when the item/s are back in stock.  You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish to do so for a full refund.

Returns Policy.

Faulty goods must be notified within 5 working days from receipt of goods. They will be replaced or refunded as required.

Your statutory rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made.

 

Prices quoted are subject to the prevailing rate of 20 % VAT in the UK..

Credit Card Security

When an order is placed at our website, payment cards are processed through PAYPAL’s secure portal. They are not held or processed by Coast Jewellery UK in any way.

Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. When using this site all credit card details are encrypted in the PAYPAL software. Card details are not held by Coast Jewellery UK on any website or in any form.

 

Remittance Terms

Payment may be made by bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

Our terms are ‘payment with order’ unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
